1. Services Provided
We offer weekly swimming pool maintenance, chemical balancing, equipment inspections, and repair services for residential pools. Service details will be tailored to your personalized service needs.

2. Appointment Scheduling

Regular maintenance services are scheduled on a weekly basis. Repair appointments are scheduled based on availability and the urgency of the issue. Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or canceling appointments.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional fees. We accept payments through recurring billing, credit cards and checks.

4. Client Responsibilities

Ensure safe and unrestricted access to the pool and equipment during scheduled service times. Notify us in advance of any changes that may affect service, such as construction or restricted access. Inform us of any known issues or concerns regarding pool equipment or water quality.

5. Service Guarantee
We strive to provide high-quality service and stand behind our work. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue promptly.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, faulty equipment, or improper pool usage. Clients assume responsibility for securing pets and children during service visits.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your service agreement at any time with written notice. Refunds for pre-paid services will be issued on a prorated basis.We reserve the right to cancel services due to non-payment or repeated unsafe conditions.

8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected is used solely for service purposes and will not be shared without your consent.

9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
